Susanne is an eclectic and energetic personality with a background in philosophy and art. After graduating from the Design Thinking School of Hasso Plattner University in Germany, she worked for many years in the start-up scene in Berlin, Germany. There she honed her skills in implementing the Design Thinking process and methodology in product development for digital media and in the field of process innovation. Susanne’s Design Thinking philosophy is driven by the aim of conveying concrete and practical methods and tools that can easily be adapted in an agile working context. Her challenge is to find feasible paths to open up old structures for innovative techniques while focusing on efficiency.
